David is a very experienced physiotherapist, and his knowledge is extensive. Having put up with lower back pain for some years, I went to see him after causing further damage and after two sessions of treatment felt a lot better, with care and patience I feel that he has put me on the road to recovery.
I visited David after suffering from reoccurring lower back pain for the last few years. David is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to all your symptoms before suggesting the right treatment and remedial action for you. David identified a lack of flexibility and a poor running warm up technique as my main issues and the treatment he provided had a positive impact, with my pain reducing after the first session. David also teaches you a number of exercises to strengthen your body and prevent the issue reoccurring.I am pleased to say I have noticed a significant improvement in my running technique since following the warm up technique and regular stretches David set out for me. Davids clinic is extremely clean and inviting and he is very welcoming. I wouldnt hesitate to book David again.
I attended this practice following a back injury which left me having difficulty walking. During our first meeting David asked some questions on my general health and then immediately started working on my injury. During and after each visit I could feel the benefit of the treatment I was receiving. Now two weeks later, I am almost pain-free and walking normally. David is a credit to his industry, his practice is extremely clean and well laid out, his instruction on exercise to prevent further problems is easy to follow and very effective. Contacted David feeling a bit desperate waiting for urgent NHS post-op physio. Offered an appointment the same day which was fantastic. Lovely little centre, easy to find and good parking. David was extremely welcoming, genuine and professional. He took a detailed history and was able to assess and identify problems with the way I was walking and standing. Although it was only the first session, David was able to teach me a lot of exercises to help with not only my injured foot but in supporting my whole lower body. He was clear in his explanation and sent me the exercises by email and app which is so useful. I have seen a lot of physiotherapists, having had quite a few injuries and joint problems, David was the first to look beyond the 'injured bit' and provide me with strategies to help my mobility and prevent further overloading the rest of my body while recovering. The session was empowering and I am very proudly doing my exercises now. Very reasonably priced too. All in all I wish I'd contacted David sooner. I am sure his support in learning to walk again after major ankle surgery will be invaluable. This is something not offered by other services and is really difficult to do without support. Would and have recommended to friends and family.
After a telephone conversation with David, he managed to get me a appointment fairly quick. lower back pain not sleeping etc, after a couple of session with Dave and a list of exercises to do at home feel 100% better, back to work / playing sports, doing the stretching and flexibility that Dave has shown me. very knowledgable Physiotherapy
