Karen made my two tier wedding cake and it was perfect! I didn't want a traditional wedding cake, and just showed Karen some ideas of what I liked and she made recommendations considering the cake would need to travel etc. and was able to match the icing to colours I had chosen for my flowers so the fresh petals would match. Karen also made a tester of amazing red velvet cake that I asked one of the tiers to be made of so I could make sure it was what I wanted.
