Very happy with the service so far , l used them to assist in letting my house and help vet prospective tennents .Been very straight forward and smooth so far ,only 4 stars at the moment as early days but with review again once l have a long term experience.
Staff are friendly and approachable, worked hard to get us the best offer possible & were honest and fair with advice on viewers comments & offers. If the phone rings through to the call centre, you leave a message & get a call back within minutes. I absolutely would use them again & have no complaints.
As with most estate agents in Deal, HOPELESS !!!
Never finds property when requested.Never rings back. Useless conveyence never rings bsck and deliberately never answers phone in fact.rubbish. never again
