Excellent service, I was awaiting the arrival of a parcel prior to going on holiday - the assistant offered to call me when the parcel arrived & she did.I was delighted at the personal service & further when I returned to collect, the assistant recognised me & I was beckoned from the queue to collect it.Brilliant customer service - thank you so much.
