I called Lockgenie to get someone to unlock the back door of the rented house we're using - the key's been lost and we can't get in and out the back way. The locksmith, Les, came out within an hour and spent nearly an hour and a half getting it open. He then took me in his car to a builders' merchants to get a new lock, and made sure that it was the correct size and type to fit the door, and drove me back to the house. Despite spending all that time, he still only asked for the amount he'd quoted on the phone! Wonderful service, extremely helpful, and a mine of useful advice and information. Can't recommend highly enough.
