Very helpful in explaining things to me that my GP did not. Helped to put my mind at rest. Staff wonderful and place very clean and efficiently run. Did not have to wait very long to be seen
Absolutely brilliant hospital ! defies all the criticism nationally of the NHS , these people are marvellous, so helpful and very caring and reassuring. the small minor injuries unit is fantastic- they follow up when they say they will AND remember your condition- amazing! If you MUST be ill, and you are in the area, they will look after you.
Minor injuries dept are very good and if needed will blue light you to the best hospital for your complaint of which 4 within 30 miles. They have a wealth of talented experienced nurses & we are so very lucky it's 1 of the nicest for many more than 30 miles around
