Friendly, courteous and very professional staff who never try to 'push' treatment or services. It is almost (but not quite!) a pleasure to visit the dentist at Pennypot Dental.
Well....What can I say I had to get an emergency appointment they were very polite, very efficient and that's just the receptionist, The dentist seemed new but was very descriptive with what needed to be done and how I would feel and what I should of been doing.5 stars and by far the best experience in regards to a dentist.
I am a very nervous patient. Cant fault the technical expertise of Mustafa and great nurse..but in over an hour at no point was I told what they were doing..I think that is poor understanding of what patients need..communication.
