Have used Mr Curwen's shop for many years and he is always friendly efficient and helpful - lucky to have a proper bike shop in Deal run by a man who really knows his job.
Very poor service. Asked for a repair after getting the bike out of the car in the rain, then said there would be a few weeks wait for the parts and also he is. Away on holiday. No problem as I'm not in a rush, then said I will have to bring it back when he's ready and wouldn't let me leave the bike. So had to struggle putting back in the car in the rain. Poor service and very narrow minded.Try Lock's in Sandwich, they were more than pleased to help.
